ILLAFTrain Certified Trainer Course

Duration: 12 days / 9 hours daily.

Introduction:

Day after day, training importance increases, and the markets grow till the available trainers can not cover them. Illaftrain offers illaftrain Trainer's Training Course to support training market by the best trainers who have the required knowledge and experiences, and which this course offers.


Audience:

This course is designed for both new and professional trainers; Human Resources managers; educational organizations managers; and for every one concerns with teaching, education and training. Its primary purpose is to prepare the new trainers to be professional trainers; to enable them from analyzing training needs and determining training purposes; and to design, present and evaluate the courses through face to face training, in small training groups, and by the supervision of many specialized trainers.

Presence requests:

  • Reading course terms accurately to know the course contents accurately.
  • Offering an application form, and Illaftrain has the right to accept it or not.
  • Committing for the full devotion when attending Trainer Training Course, to complete the course requirements like preparing and reviewing the information.
  • Committing for reading and understanding the theoretical material which consists of 100 pages approximately before the course start, and this is considered as a theoretical introduction necessary for presenting the course, which is offered to the trainees by their joining with the course as a (PDF) file working by the acrobat program. (There will be a simple touching on the theoretical material through the course).
  • A knowledge about the PowerPoint program and using the internet.
  • It is preferred to be a simple course which he designed on the PowerPoint program or on flip chart papers (size) (a simple training material he attends to use it through the course and to apply the techniques which he will acquire) (examples) (power point)
  • It is preferred for the trainer to have a portable in order to use it through the courses.
  • It is preferred for the trainee that he attended HRD courses in not less than 12 days (and for the courses criteria to be harmonious with Illaftrain courses criteria)

The requisites for obtaining ILLAFTRAIN Trainer Certificate:

  • To give answers to the open questions presented to him from the first day of the Course, through written papers (his answers should be correct at a rate of 85 % at least).
  • To give two Training Presentations at least ( the duration of each 30 minutes ) before an audience from his trainee colleagues, with receiving the remarks of the audience and written comments from ILLAFTRAIN Trainer ( the minimum evaluation rate 85 %).
  • To give extempore presentation (may be asked from him at anytime in the second week of the Course, to last for 5 minutes) before an audience from his colleagues, in which he presents a part related to the Training Subject (from the content he received in the first week of the Course) to be chosen by him.
  • It is preferable that the Trainee had given some training before (even as a Trainer Assistant).
  • It is preferable that the Trainee had attended Training Courses by one of ILLAFTRAIN Trainers.
  • To submit a paper written by him, in which he evaluates his performance after watching video filming for one of his presentations at least (filmed by the logistic team during the Course).
  • ILLAFTRAIN will not be committed to give any Trainee ILLAFTRAIN Trainer Certificate if he has not realized the Course Standards, but it will give him only Attendance Certificate of ILLAFTRAIN Trainer Course.

The requisites of the previous Trainees who obtained ILLAFTRAIN Trainer Attendance Certificate:

The Trainees who do not realize the requisites of obtaining ILLAFTRAIN Trainer Certificate will get only Course Attendance Certificate. If they have the desire to complete the requisites, they can apply for presenting the papers of the written answers to ILLAFTRAIN Trainer Service Department, to be evaluated and to reconsider their rank, and for give a presentation for a period of half an hour in the Course (only). The Form of a previous Trainee who obtained an Attendance Certificate should be used.
